Who we are
Digitale Technologies (“Digitale”, “we”, “us”) is a design and digital practice based in Zimbabwe. This policy covers digitale-tech.com and the forms, tools, and Insights content we run on it.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond, deliver work, or improve the site:
- Contact and project enquiries - name, email, phone, and the details you send through our contact form or email.
- Website check - the URL you submit and technical signals returned by the scan (for example HTTPS, SEO basics, response checks). We do not require an email to show a score.
- Insights admin - login credentials and session data for authorised editors only.
- Analytics - aggregated usage data via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referral source).
- Technical logs - standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) that hosting may retain for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals
- To deliver, support, and invoice client work when you hire us
- To operate Insights and keep the site secure
- To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and similar tools for essential site function, analytics, and (where used) remembering admin login sessions. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect analytics or admin access, not the public pages themselves.
Sharing
We may share information with trusted processors who help us run the site - for example hosting (cPanel/server), email delivery, and analytics providers. They only get what they need to perform their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records. Analytics data follows the retention settings of those tools. Admin accounts and Insights content are kept while the service is active.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete enquiry data we no longer need. Email contact@digitale-tech.com. We may need to verify the request.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
